Ensuring that the line of communication between these groups is properly managed and the delivery of services is unhampered, the OUBS is transitioning to the digitization of all its transactions and operations particularly the requisition of the documents and informing the stakeholders of the actions and decisions of the Board. This is also to streamline the operations and services to achieve efficient, fast, and accessible delivery of services to the stakeholders.

The OUBS portal will serve as the communication and policy hub of the University and the Board. It will house the official issuances and orders of the University President and other relevant policies approved by the Board. However, those Board resolutions that are classified as “controversial/confidential and restricted” and minutes shall not be uploaded to ensure confidentiality and shall remain in custody within the OUBS.
