The Presidential Management Staff (PMS) acts as a direct support system for the University President, aiding in the oversight of the university's daily operations. They contribute to the development and implementation of institution-wide policies and procedures, ensuring smooth communication between the President's Office and other university departments. The PMS, composed of Special Assistants for Administration & Finance, Research, Innovation & Extension Services, Student & External Affairs, External Campus Concerns, and Academic Affairs, often handles special projects and initiatives launched by the President. Their tasks can liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the President's vision for the university.

Support the President in academic policy development, student affairs enhancement, and managing external partnerships. Act as a point of contact for academic departments, student organizations, and external entities.

Special Assistant for Research & Extension and Biliran Campus Affairs

Assist the President in overseeing and coordinating research initiatives and extension programs. Liaise between the President's office and various departments, including Biliran campus, to facilitate research projects and community outreach activities.

Special Assistant for Appointments & Public Relations

Assist in managing appointments and public relations efforts. Facilitate communication between the President's office and various stakeholders for appointments. Oversee public relations strategies and initiatives.

DANICA YBANEZ

Assist in financial planning and administrative oversight. Work closely with the President to ensure budgetary compliance and operational efficiency,
