BiPSU prepares for limited face-to-face classes; CMC conducts ocular inspection

BILIRAN, Biliran- The Crisis Management Committee (CMC), headed by Dr. Victor C. Canezo, Jr., conducts an ocular inspection to assess the readiness of the Biliran Province State University Biliran Campus for the implementation of the limited face to face to all its programs, today.

The committee has initially assessed the facilities including classrooms, administrative and frontline offices, among others. Suggestions and recommendations were also provided by the members of the committee to ensure compliance with the guidelines and policies set by the Commission on Higher Education and Department of Health, through Joint Memorandum Order No. 004-2021.

All programs in the extension campus including Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED), Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd), Bachelor of Science in Forestry, BS  Fisheries, BS Agriculture, Bachelor of Agricultural Technology, BS Forestry and BS Agribusiness, are set to conduct its limited face-to-face classes starting January 10, upon the recommendation and approval of the Crisis Management Committee (CMC).

BiPSU Biliran Campus officials including Dr. Randy Villarin, dean of the School of Agribusiness, Forest Resource Management, Dr. Naneta Panit, dean of the School of Teacher Education, Dr. Manuelito Managbanag, dean of the School of Agrifisheries and others also joined the said inspection.
