Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) recently conducted a two-day Roadmapping and Scorecarding session for the WoW BiPSU 2.0 Strategy 2027 at the newly constructed BiPSU Hyflex and Audio-Visual Center (BIPSU HAVC) from February 26 to 27.

Facilitated by the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA), under the guidance of Mr. Christian P. Zaens, Executive Director of ISA, the event aimed to assess the implementation of the current WoW BiPSU Development Plan (2019-2023) and develop a comprehensive roadmap for the WoW BiPSU 2.0.

Moreover, BiPSU key personnel from various departments, including instruction, research, extension, student welfare services, human and organizational capital, information and communication technology, infrastructure, resource management, and linkages, participated in the activity.

The first day focused on vetting core and support roadmaps, while the second day involved the presentation of refined roadmaps and vetting of the enterprise scorecard. Additionally, the event concluded with a discussion of next steps, solidifying the university's goals for the next four years.
