Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) has commenced its second semester for the Academic Year (AY) 2023-2024, adhering to Memorandum Order No. 1, s. 2024. The memorandum specifies the commencement of the second semester on January 15, employing a one-week cyclical shifting mode.

This class setup enables schools to alternate between in-person and online classes on a weekly basis, enhancing adaptability to the current educational landscape. BiPSU remains committed to this hybrid approach, offering students a versatile learning experience.

Schools within Cluster 2, including the School of Criminal Justice Education (SCJE), School of Teacher Education (STEd), and School of Technology and Computer Studies (STCS), commenced the semester with face-to-face classes.

Conversely, schools under Cluster 1, which encompasses the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS), the School of Engineering (SOE), and the School of Management and Entrepreneurship (SME), started the semester with online classes.

Students are encouraged to refer to their respective schedules and school announcements for specific details regarding the class format for the first week.
