  • No Collection Policy

    BiPSU strictly enforces its Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, consistent with the provisions of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 3019, otherwise known as the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. With this, the university implemented a No Collection Policy enshrined under Office of the President Memorandum Order No. 97, series of 2024 that states: “In line with the Commission on Higher Education's (CHED) directive and the provisions of Republic Act No. 10931, also known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, and DepEd Memorandum No. 41, s. 2024, the University President Dr. Victor C. Cañezo issued a memorandum that serves to reiterate the strict enforcement of the No Collection Policy at all levels (Junior High School, Senior High School, Collegiate, and Graduate) in Biliran Province State University."

     

  • New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)

    Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) adopts and strictly complies with the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), including its Implementing Rules and Regulations, in all procurement activities of the University.
