BiPSU was recognized with four awards at the FY 2023 Mid-Year Agency Performance Review (APR) Consultation cum Full-time Delivery Unit (FDU) Meeting today. The Department of Budget & Management (DBM) Regional Office VIII presented the awards.

The university received the following awards for its performance during the Fiscal Year 2022:

Physical Performance Award: BiPSU was acknowledged for attaining or exceeding all the Performance Indicators set forth in the Higher Education Program as specified in the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA).

Top Disbursement Budget Utilization Rate (BUR) Performer: The university achieved a 99.37% Disbursement BUR, ranking it 2nd among State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Region VIII.

Top Disbursement Performer: BiPSU attained a 100% utilization/disbursement rate for its received disbursement authorities during Fiscal Year 2022.

Income Collection Award: The university recorded an income collection rate of 161.01%, exceeding the targeted collection for FY 2022.

The meeting was attended by Presidents and representatives from various State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and the Department of Budget & Management (DBM).

The awards were conferred in recognition of the institution's performance in key areas of operation during the previous fiscal year.
