All five proposed priority programs and projects (PPs) of the Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) for the fiscal year 2022 have been favorably endorsed by the Regional Development Council (RDC) during its 1st Quarter 2021 full council meeting last March 5 held via Zoom.

BiPSU President Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr. presented the said proposed programs for the endorsement of the council in the total estimated amount of Two Hundred Sixty Million Six Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand (260,682,000.00)

All five proposed PPs are also included in the Three-Year Rolling Infrastructure Program (TRIP) for 2022-2024.The same FY 2022 PPs have been favorably endorsed by the Social Development Council (SDC) of the RDC, having BiPSU as a member of the social development sector during its meeting on March 1 via Zoom.
