School of Engineering (SOE), School of Technology & Computer Studies (STCS), and School of Nursing & Health Sciences (SNHS) emerged as leading delivery units (DUs) among the schools in the university during the Ranking of Delivery Units for the Grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) 2020 last February 24 at the University Hostel.

The ranking of delivery units is consistent with the approved System of Ranking of DUs for the Grant of PBB for 2020 pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Mcutive Order № 201, s. 2016.

The ranking of schools was based on their contribution to the Program Expenditure Classification (PREXC) targets. The BiPSU-identified performance indicators under PREXC1 (Higher Education Program), PREXC2 (Advanced Education Program), PREXC3 (Research Program), and PREXC4 (Extension and Technical Advisory) were the criteria used.

The delivery units were ranked based on their contribution to the total score of their targets, such as follows:

The delivery units where the personnel has been designated shall be the basis of each individual’s PBB rate, whether they will be Best, Better, or Good. The PBB of the eligible individual shall be based on the basic monthly salary as of December 31, 2020, as follows, but not lower than ₱ 5,000.00.
