Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) President Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr. spearheaded an initiative named Awareness, Action, and Accomplishments or 3As, which was launched yesterday, January 8, during the flag ceremony at the university gymnasium.

Initiated by Dr. Cañezo himself, this effort aims to encourage BiPSU faculty and staff to collaboratively contribute to knowledge-sharing by exchanging updates, achievements, and growth opportunities within the institution.

Moreover, the initiative featured three key officials who led the discussion of its components, namely Atty. Dick Guiller Delfin on “Awareness”, where he highlighted the hiring process while Dr. Jayson V. Ang stressed on the opening of classes and Dr. Cañezo’s schedule of meeting per school on “Action”. Additonally, Dr. Maribel N. Zipagan discussed enrollment updates, as well as Feebetrisha Angela R. Madeja’s Top 3 placement in the National Search for the 34th Jose Rizal Model Student of the Philippines on “Accomplishments”.

It is important to note that the initiative is aligned with CSC MC No. 19, s. 2012, RA 88491, and other relevant regulations, and will be seamlessly integrated into the regular flag ceremonies held every Monday or the next working day if Monday is a holiday. Full attendance of all personnel is required for its effective implementation.
