Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) has renewed its membership with the Association of Universities of Asia and The Pacific (AUAP) for the years 2022 and 2023. BiPSU has been a member of AUAP since 2019, and the renewal is a strategic move aligned with the university's goal of expanding its global presence.
