BiPSU acquires two new service vehicles to enhance university operations

Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) acquired two (2) new service vehicles to enhance its operations, especially in providing services to its faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders.

The acquisition comprises two Toyota GL Grandias in pearl white, with a combined cost of approximately PHP 5,242,920.24. They are both passenger vans and four-wheel enclosed vehicles with dual side doors and a fifth rear door. They can also carry fourteen passengers.

The utility van will be used for various purposes, such as mobility for instruction, production, research, extension services, and other university transactions.

In a Facebook post of BiPSU President Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr., he expressed his gratitude to all the key personnel who made the acquisition of the new service vehicle possible.

“My heartfelt thanks to the BiPSU BOR headed by Commissioner Aldrin Darilag, DBM, BiPSU Key Officials, Faculty, Admin Personnel, Students, and all our Taxpayers,” Dr. Cañezo’s post reads.

This investment of the university reflects BiPSU’s commitment to ensuring the quality distribution of services to all of its stakeholders.
