Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) recently organized the Cascading of WoW BiPSU 2.0 Strategy 2027 at the BiPSU Hyflex Audio Visual Center (HAVC) from April 11 to 12, in collaboration with the Institute of Solidarity in Asia (ISA). Over the course of two days, Mr. Christian Peter Emmanuel P. Zaens, ISA’s Executive Director, and his team led the facilitation of the event, engaging heads of academic and administrative units.

During the event, participants presented strategic performance commitments aimed at realizing the WoW BiPSU 2.0 Development Plan (2024-2027). These commitments outline specific deliverables expected from each office/unit, to be reflected in their Division/Department Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR).

In his address, BiPSU President Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr., urged university officials to ensure the fulfillment of BiPSU's objectives towards its key stakeholders, emphasizing, "Make sure that the intended outcomes or impact that we need to have in the community, particularly to our graduates will be fully realized."

The event concluded with the signing of strategic commitments by the officials, symbolizing their pledge to diligently work towards achieving their respective deliverables.
