Biliran Province State University is excited to announce the start of its Undergraduate/College Admission Application period for Academic Year (AY) 2025-2026, open to qualified interested undergraduate/college student applicants who aspire to pursue higher education at one of the region’s premier institutions.
The application period officially begins on December 11, 2024, and will run until February 5, 2025.
Prospective student applicants are advised to prepare the following Admission Requirements for New/Incoming Undergraduate Students and Transferees:
- Online Application Form
- Scanned copy/photo of Grade 12 School Form 9 (Student Report Card) with 1st Quarter Grades, or Form 138 for High School Graduates before the start of the K-12 Program,
- For Transferees, a scanned copy/photo of Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certificate of Grades (COG)
- If School Form 9 or TOR is not yet available, provide a scanned copy/photo of School ID
- For ALS Passers, a scanned copy/photo of ALS Certificate (eligible for College)
- If Person with Special Needs, a scanned copy/photo of Clinical/Medical Diagnosis or PWD Identification Card
- Clear copy/photo of 2x2 ID Picture or a formal or decent Picture/Selfie.
- Note: Avoid shirtless pictures, or wearing sleeveless.
How to Apply:
Decide on what degree program to pursue.
- Go to https://bipsu.edu.ph/index.php/academe/sds/admission-retention
- Click the "Apply for Admission AY 2025-2026". You will be redirected to the Online Admission Application Portal.
- Scroll down to Admission Application Forms. Select Undergraduate/College Admission Application Form.
- Read the instructions (especially the documents to be uploaded) before filling out the form. Make sure that you have signed in to your Google Account. Fill out the form by providing the correct information.
- Submit the form. You will receive a copy of your responses via email.
- Wait for your Examination Schedule. Note: The Admission/Entrance Examination will be conducted onsite/face-to-face.
