Reaffirming the university's commitment to academic excellence from day one, Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) President, Prof. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr., EdD, CHRP, conducted a monitoring of afternoon classes today, July 15, the second day of the new academic year.

President Cañezo's inspection rounds during the afternoon shift spanned across various schools. He personally visited a number of classrooms to observe ongoing instruction, getting a firsthand look at the operational readiness of classes, ensuring faculty and student attendance, and addressing any immediate needs.

During his visits, the university president engaged with faculty members and students, inquiring about their experiences in the first couple of days and observing the learning activities. His hands-on approach was seen as a strong message of support for the academic community.

"Our goal is to hit the ground running and set a positive and productive tone for the entire semester," President Cañezo stated during his rounds. "By being present and visible, especially in these crucial initial days, we want to reassure our students and faculty that the administration is here to support them. It is vital that we ensure all systems are in place for effective learning from day one."

As the academic year 2025-2026 gets underway, the successful conduct of the first few days of classes signals a promising and organized start for the students and faculty of #WoWBiPSU.
