Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) celebrates a milestone in academic and professional excellence as Atty. Vicente Q. Solteo, Jr. successfully passed the September 2025 Bar Examination.
Atty. Solteo, who currently serves as the Chairperson of the Doctor of Management Program under the School of Graduate Studies (SGS), is among the country’s newest batch of lawyers.
