Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) delegation is now at the Visayas State University (VSU) Main Campus, Baybay City to compete for the annual Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges VIII (PASUC-8) Culture and the Arts Festival. The delegation, composed of BiPSU’s finest, will represent the university in the four-day event.

PASUC is an association of Philippine public tertiary school level institutions, conprising 102 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) under the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Moreover, it organizes annual academic, cultural, and sports competitions among its members.

This year's event features competitions that will showcase the skills and talents of the participants. This is also an avenue for BiPSU's delegation to display their competitiveness in hopes of qualifying in the national level.

BiPSU's preparation has been a manifestation for its commitment to nurturing the talents and skills of its students. With intensive training and rehearsals, the delegation is now ready to compete in the said event.

As BiPSU embarks on this journey, the university sends off its delegation with high hopes and pride. With the full support from the University President, Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr., the university believes that they will make the BiPSU community proud.
