As the sports season unfolds, we marvel at the athletes' impressive physicality, illuminated by the fire of their passion and the sparkle of unwavering determination. Moreover, we draw inspiration from their remarkable journey of hope and life.

Three hundred and two student-athletes from 23 sporting events are set to represent Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) on the Eastern Visayas regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) Meet, which will be held from December 8-13 at the Northwestern Samar State University (NwSSU) grounds.

Them, who stand tall with strength and bravery, their presence exuding charm and charisma, celebrated and envied for their privileges. They are the university athletes, the roaring embodiment of gallant tigers, carrying our pride on their shoulders.
