The Cultural Affairs and Development Unit (CADU) of Biliran Province State University recently organized a Dance and Musical Workshop held at the University Sports Center and Academic and Wellness Center on April 17.

The workshop aimed to enrich students’ and faculty’s understanding and connection with Filipino cultural heritage through immersion in traditional dance forms and musical techniques.

The dance segment featured Mr. Aaron Kaiser Garcia, an Executive Council Member for the National Committee on Dramatic Arts at the National Committee on Culture and Arts (NCCA), providing expertise and guidance.

Leading the music segment were Mr. Yohan Palis and Ms. Vannessa San Juan, experienced professionals in musical theater, who facilitated skill enhancement and development among the participants.

The workshop drew participation from all Physical Education (PE) teachers and enthusiasts of dance and music across the university.
