Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) joins our Roman Catholic brothers and sisters in commemorating the feast of the nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary today, September 8.

This observance serves as a reminder of the deep spiritual values that underpin the academic community at BiPSU, fostering a sense of faith among its members.

Consequently, today is also the opening salvo of this year's Town and Religious Fiesta of the Municipality of Naval where BiPSU is situated.
