Biliran Province State University, through the BiPSU-UniFAST, is officially releasing the list of 117 additional grantees under the Tulong-Dunong Program - Tertiary Education Subsidy (TDP-TES) Batch 6.1. These new grantees are now eligible to receive their stipend for the 1st Semester of AY 2023-2024.

For the Grantee:

Clear and updated University ID

Report of Grades for the 1st Semester of AY 2023-2024

For Authorized Representatives:

Special Power of Attorney (SPA) (for friends, relatives, or classmates)

Authorization Letter (for parents)

Valid ID of the authorized representative
