Dr. Victor C. Canezo Jr., BiPSU President was awarded as one of the ten (10) recipients of the Region Eight Administrators League Administrators Honorific Awards (REAL-AHA) 2021 during the Conferment of Plaque of Recognition last December 28 at Tacloban City.
The awardees have been recognized for their ‘meritorious contribution as a government Servant Leader exhibiting a legacy of patriotism, excellence, integrity and spirituality.’
REAL-AHA is a recognition conferred by the Region Eight Administrators League (REAL), Inc. Eastern Visayas given to administrators in Eastern Visayas for their significant contributions related to management and administration and who have initiated projects that have an impact to the community and society.
Per guidelines of the said award, nominees were selected based on their achievements/ awards, meritorious service, community involvement and character/ impact.
As an administrator and caretaker of the university, Dr. Canezo’s leadership has brought BiPSU into greater heights with the various achievements and accomplishments of the institution recognized not only in the region but also nationally and internationally.
“As the faculty regent of the higher policy governing body of BiPSU, I can vouch that he more than deserves recognition as an outstanding administrator, this award could further cement his humble accomplishments & inspire the diverse communities that back and trust his leadership,” Hon. Vennie G. Coton, Faculty Regent and nominator said.
