The Inter-agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information, and Reporting System approved the granting of Performance Based-Bonus (PBB) for Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) for Fiscal Year 2020.

In a commencement exercise held via video conferencing on October 27, four (4) Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) employees have completed the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Assessors Preparatory Course (APC), a pathway to becoming members of the PQA Pool of Assessors.

The Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) has partnered with the Department of Budget & Management (DBM) Regional Office VIII to discuss SUCs’ Budget Processes and Procurement Planning during the 2nd leg of Enrichment Activities in line with the institution’s Strategic Planning activities for the FY 2022, which was facilitated by the Institutional Planning Office (IPO) on August 24, 2021, via video conferencing.

The Institutional Planning Office (IPO) has launched "Mx. Habi," a learning platform designed to give those who missed our series of enrichment activities in the university's strategic planning process the opportunity to learn from the different learning sessions. "In the same vein, the course serves as an easy reference for those who completed the various talks and workshops yet are interested in reviewing them," Mr. Joedel O. Peñaranda, Director of Institutional Planning Office, shared.

The Biliran Province State University (BiPSU), through the Institutional Planning Office (IPO), has facilitated learning sessions on Phronetic Leadership, Hiraya Foresight, and Reforming the Higher Education Sector during its 1st Leg of Enrichment Activities in line with the Strategic Planning for the fiscal year (FY) 2022.

In recognition of the university’s commendable financial, physical, and income performance for the fiscal year (FY) 2020, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office VIII awarded Biliran Province State University during the Regional Virtual Full-time Delivery Unit Meeting held yesterday, via video conferencing.

No less than the Provincial Governor Rogelio J. Espina, alongside with the other member of the provincial Inter-Agency Task Force and stakeholders officially approved and supported the gradual reopening of limited face-to-face classes of the Biliran Province State University today during the launching of the BiPSU Ligtas Balik Eskwela Convergence.
