Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) joins our Roman Catholic brothers and sisters in commemorating the feast of the nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary today, September 8.

Dr. Victor C. Canezo, Jr., president of Biliran Province State University (BiPSU), along with Dr. Maribel N.
