Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) concluded its celebration of Science and Math Month on September 28, led by the People Who Understand and Love Science Enigma (PULSE) organization. The culminating event took place at the BiPSU Gymnasium, marking an end to the 2023 Science and Math Month activities.

On September 28, 2023, the Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) community, under the leadership of President Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr., came together in a solemn display of devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the appearance of the Birhen Del Rosario.
